- Coordinate meetings and plans with investors, engineers, and project managers to obtain approvals, address plan changes, and provide information updates.
- Assist with the bidding process and awarding contracts to contractors.

Manage a team of drafters to fulfill the company’s goals and objectives. Delegate tasks, review, and evaluate the team’s performance. Train the team in architectural design, 3D modeling, technical drafting, rendering, and VR presentation.
Prepare site plans, floor plans, building sections, elevations, construction details, building schedules, and 3D renders.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, designers, and building officials.
Assist clients with the bidding process.
Report to the senior project manager about the team's results and performance.
