- Start the design process with clients and advise them with ideas and solutions for their new house or remodel based on their needs and vision. 
- Review codes and ordinances, including community guidelines and lot information.
- Manage a team of assistants and drafters to fulfill the company’s objectives. Delegate tasks to them, review their work, and evaluate their performance. Capacitate the team in architectural design, 3D modeling, architectural drafting, rendering, and VR presentation.
- Design projects consistent with the client‘s architecture program, budget, schedule, and existing conditions.
- Prepare site plan, building plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and digital representations to illustrate the relationship between the design components.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, builders, engineers, designers, governmental authorities, and other participants to complete the construction documents. 
- Assist clients in the bidding process and awarding contracts to builders.
- Report results to company owners and senior project managers.
